We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every skincare purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


📦 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Product must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items

  • Personalized or custom formulations

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Any product not in its original condition

If you’re unsure if your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to us before sending it back.


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


🔁 Exchanges

Need something else?
The fastest way to exchange a product is to start a return for your original item and place a new order for the item you want.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery—no explanation needed.

Returned items must still be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


💳 Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

✅ If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
⏳ Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
